Eggspectation - Daytime Host/Counter Person

EGGSPECTATION is looking for a Daytime Host/Counter person!

Our Host/Counter person is responsible for Guest interaction and the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas. Greeting Guests at the door, sharing our story, conversing with Guests, cleaning tables, floor, chairs as needed. Monitoring parking lot to be sure trash is not left outside. Our Host/Counter person will also prepare hand made juices, coffee drinks, and plate pastries.

Responsibility:

-Daily execution of the Mission Statement and Core Values.

-Greeting Guests as they walk in the door - educating the Guest on our concept.

-Constantly Interacting with Guests.

-Walking the floor to be sure dining room is clean.

-Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of supplies for the dining room.

-Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

-Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Guest:

-Models hospitality skills/behaviors during shift.

-Actively looks for and identifies techniques to attract new guests.
