We are a growing company looking for an assistant who is positive, self-motivated with great attitude for work with a great phone voice and presence.

Will be responsible for sorting and filing documents, communicating with departments for paperwork needed for invoices and payroll. Make calls and receive phone calls. Input Accounts Payable. Able to work with MS office. Quickbooks experience prefered. Knowledge of Liens Laws and construction is a plus.

Must be over 18, Drug free, have a reliable way to work every day, work well with other people, and have a high degree of organization and detail.
