This posting is for a Completion Supervisor position within the ADP Special Programs Portfolio. The individual selected for this position will supervise the manufacturing build for a program within this portfolio. This role entails managing the day-to-day manufacturing operations of the program in various stages of the development life cycle. A key element of this role will be leading and mentoring the hourly team in execution of the manufacturing plan and achieving manufacturing milestones on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Specific tasking includes, but is not limited to activities related to daily crew plan development, constraint management and resolution, monitoring and development of training plans for represented personnel, coordination with engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety in accordance to all safety rules, sustaining production costs, manage scheduling and ensuring quality performance in support of business unit goals and objectives. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to being responsible for team’s productivity while adhering to safety, quality, schedule and cost requirements. Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access. Must be able to read engineering drawings, blueprints and interpret/translate instructions to mechanics / technicians. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems. Aerospace manufacturing experience including:Machining of metallic and non-metallic structures.Lay-up of non-metallic materials.Casting of various refractory alloys.Ability to interpret electrical and systems diagrams.Experience with aerospace assembly practices.Experience with system checkout and troubleshooting.Experience with Flight Line Ops and interfacing with the user community.Experience with the install of various forms of instrumentation including strain gages, thermocouples, calorimeters, pressure sensors, etc.Desired Skills: Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical and business staff at all levels. Must be capable of effectively multi-tasking and prioritizing efficiently Must have good conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships. Demonstrate a consistent record of high performance with the ability to accept responsibility, exercise authority and be held accountable for assigned tasks.
