This is a full time position in our Information Technology department. Expectations of a successful Application Services Manager:- Responsible for execution of simplification and standardization of applications and platforms
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in design, development and support of applications in alignment with joint business and IT strategies
- Responsible for ensuring the stability of application platforms, sustainability, staying relevant and exceeding SLA’s (service level agreements)
- Adherence and driver of ITIL practices
- Responsible for adding value to proven processes through technology
- Responsible for innovative and creative solutions to solve complex business problems
- Development and execution of a ERP roadmap
- Responsible for development of the team to support our platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree in CS/CIS/MIS/Business preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
- Software development lifecycle
- ITIL experience/certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Expert in ITSM platforms
- Broad experience in multiple programming languages
- Broad experience in Software as a Service offerings
