Opportunity Available:

Camis is looking for motivated, friendly individuals with experience in customer service to join our call center team. This is an inbound call center environment focused on making reservations and providing support for campers visiting our beautiful State parks.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

-At least one year of customer service experience. Call center experience is great, but not required

-A knack for computers and learning new software quickly

-A love of camping - or a love of helping people plan vacations!

What We'll Provide:

-A thorough, paid training program to help you get used to our software and approach to customer service

The Details:

This is a part time position, starting on Monday, November 30th

2 weeks of Remote Training (the position works in office after training)

Week #1 - 10am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Week #2 - 10am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

10-20 hrs/week with a chance of increase in hours in Jan/Feb, lower in March, then start to increase again throughout the summer

Must be available to work mornings

Position end dates from Sept 5 - Oct 31st, 2021
