CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Job Description:

To provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Foreman shall be responsible for Communication, Production, Quality Control, and Job site safety.

Responsibilities:

Foreman shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on a daily basis This position shall be responsible for monitoring all project personnel, construction materials, and customer service on the job site.

Expectations:

Experience: At Least 3 Years of Experience as a Foreman

Business skills - must be able to track inventory and plan work assignments.

Detail oriented - Plan daily Tasks in advance and make sure all necessary material is on site as needed.

Math skills - able to calculate volume and accurately measure materials to be cut. Must be able to layout walls to be square, layout and cut stair framing, layout and cut rafters

Problem-solving skills - Be able to solve problems, and communicate solutions

Training - be able to work with growing apprentices and Carpenters to build a stronger team.

Computer Skills - We use Buildertrend construction management system, you should be computer literate and able to complete forms and reports on computer/tablet.

NEED Pay Range $26 - $28+ profit sharing, Merit based pay
