We are looking for people from all walks of life who want a rewarding and impactful role! The ideal candidate will be ambitious, flexible, kind, patient, and empathetic. As a Papa Pal, you can choose which type of visit you’d like to do. A few examples:

‣ Companionship: Engage in great conversations with our Members, watch movies, play board games, and more.

‣ Transportation: Drive Members to the doctor, to work, to the bank or anywhere they need to go.

‣ House Tasks: Help our Members around the house with laundry, light cleaning, meal prep, and more.

Papa is a great opportunity for those wanting to earn money and create a positive impact by helping elderly members of their community. After telling us a little about yourself, you will be ready to start. The onboarding process is quick and easy!

Requirements:

Valid U.S driver's license.

Valid car insurance.

Clean & dependable vehicle.

A positive, reliable personality and good communication skills.

Available 15 - 40 hours per week.

Nice to have:

Customer service experience.

Prior experience working with seniors, or as a caregiver.

Knowledge or interest in a medical field.
