Under this group, the Commercial Rates & Foreign Exchange (FX) Solutions team helps Wells Fargo clients manage exposures to interest rate and FX risk through the structuring of hedging strategies and implementation of payment solutions. Our integrated sales team provides best in-class interest rate and FX products, execution and customer service for Wells Fargo's Commercial Banking franchise which includes Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Capital Finance, and Wealth & Investment Management.Commercial Rates & FX Solutions Analyst are expected to partner closely with senior Rates & FX marketers and relationship managers/bankers to provide comprehensive risk management services to Wells Fargo's clients. The Analyst Position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting materials for the marketing of derivative products and as well as pricing and executing transactions directly with clients.Specifically, this individual will:Provide daily front office support functions, including, but not limited to trade execution, trade processing, and responding to customer service requests

Develop client pitch materials, deal documents and internal/external marketing material

Generate market updates, solution analyses and derivative product updates for the client base

Provide analytical support for corporate finance, traders, senior marketers and clients

Learn interest rate and FX risk management techniques and partner with senior marketers to create differentiated, timely, and effective content for clients

Maintain consistent, professional, and value-added client coverage support

Partner effectively with all support areas to deliver a superior client experience

Prioritize a wide range of internal processes, client requests, and transactions of varying complexity

Ensure compliance with all new Dodd-Frank and other regulatory rules and help guide the team to improve processes to meet market practices as they develop

This position is subject to Dodd-Frank Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background screen. Applicants are subject to a new screen to comply with Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act which states that Associated Persons (AP) cannot be subject to statutory disqualification. Under industry regulations, an AP is defined as a team member who solicits or accepts client orders for swaps. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications1+ year of financial services industry experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher obtained prior to program start date
