Project- Lending & Trade Services- Commercial LendingResponsibilities-

  • Manage small projects from start to finish, by planning, implementing and following up with resources for successful outcome while establishing and maintaining business relationships.
  • Ensure resources are available and allocated accurately.
  • Execute to the Agile/Waterfall process.
  • Review and support Estimating Tool and work with Finance and Program Manager.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documents; including integrated project schedules.
  • Use Jira for reviewing and tracking project tasks and upcoming deliverables.
  • Establish and manage project governance including meetings and decision-making process.
  • Maintain Project Log for management of risk/issue/action Items and interdependencies for monthly reporting and input to metrics. Report out status and escalate items to leadership as necessary.
Skill Requirements-
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Good people skills
  • Good attitude

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Must have good attention to detail
