• Document Business requirements and workflows, help build consensus across business and tech
• Document engineering requirements as stories and support delivery in an Agile manner
• Requirements Analysis: identify areas of uncertainty, evaluate impact to end users based on technical limitations, recommend solutions.
• Participate in daily scrum duties such as story grooming, sprint planning, Quality Assurance testing, user acceptance testing, and bug creation/validation.
• Daily review, triage and prioritization of bugs
• At the beginning of a sprint cycle, identify user stories for consideration, help negotiate which stories get played and which move to a future sprint
• Throughout the sprint cycle, monitor JIRA boards and reports to ensure Engineers and QA get the information they need to work fluidly on stories and bugs
• Author and maintain Release Notes for all IT Services releases into production
• Capture, Publish, and Follow-up on meeting notes, action items, and other inter-team communications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Product Manager role, preferably in Retail
• 3+ years’ experience delivering technology solutions using an agile, scrum, kanban methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and consultative skills. Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical support staff.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using/delivering solutions for Service Now, JIRA, and/or Confluence platforms.
