Effectively consult and deploy prioritized enterprise and tailored to business talent solutions, programs and resources. Deliver an outstanding associate experience.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Consult and partner with Anthem business leadership, HR Business partners and Talent Centers of Expertise to:

Partner with and support Talent Management & Leadership Directors to define, implement and manage end-to-end talent programs, processes and initiatives to achieve business growth plans and enable a high-performing culture.

Deploy and facilitate core talent management processes (e.g. succession mgt., etc)

Facilitate and implement succession planning, talent planning and reviews, performance management processes (other) to successfully manage talent

Facilitate executive onboarding and development

Facilitate workforce planning to ensure the business acquires, retains, and trains the right people, at the right time, in the right location to match business needs

Help build and manage a diverse leadership talent pipeline

Identify and manage key talent segments for growth, leveraging enterprise leadership development programs and solutions

Identify, cultivate and coach high-potential talent through intentional career journeys, cross-enterprise experiences (e.g. rotations or talent moves), and leadership competency development

Support create diverse talent slates for VP, Staff VP and select Director level roles

Help develop people leadership capabilities at all levels of the organization and help build change leadership capability across the organization

Support business-led transformation initiatives (e.g. M&A) by implementing and leveraging talent practices (e.g., talent assessment, competencies development, organization design and effectiveness, etc.)

Advance and improve inclusion and diversity strategies, practices and processes to increase associate engagement and retention

Qualifications Qualifications:Requires a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development or related field; 5+ years of HR, talent management and/or leadership development experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

At least 3 years of experience successfully partnering / consulting with clients, strategic HR Business Partners and Talent Centers of Expertise to advise and implement end to end talent solutions and practices.

Experience in organizations known for strong talent and HR practices and/or Fortune 100 companies.

Experience creating and implementing end-to-end talent strategies, programs in a large, growing, and complex business.

Expertise as a specialist or generalist in managing two or more talent management processes, including but not limited to succession planning, performance management, onboarding, coaching, leadership development, organizational design, change management.

Demonstrated success at leveraging contemporary HR, talent management models and technologies.

Expertise in a broad spectrum of talent processes, practices and tools (design, development and implementation).

Comprehensive knowledge of assessment, selection and development of high-potential talent.

Knowledge (experience) of succession management.

Knowledge of prevailing talent trends across the healthcare industry and other competitive, external markets.
