Part-time Front Desk at High-end Hair Salon in South Lake Union

Compensation: $16 an hour

Salon Refine is an upscale hair salon that cater’s to the needs of their clients expectations. We are looking for a reliable, responsible and punctual part-time front desk.

Works hours:

Part time (20-30 hours per week) - looking for someone who is flexible with days and hours.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

- Opening and closing salon

- Answering phone calls, emails, yelp messages, vagaro messages and checking voicemails

- Scheduling client appointments

- Greeting clients, offering beverage, showing clients where to change into robes and Checking in/ checking out clients

- Confirming pre- booked appts

- Handling cash, checks and credit card transactions

- Maintaining the cleanliness of the salon during shift and cleaning at end of shift

- Deep cleaning when necessary must not be against deep cleaning

Job qualifications:

- Excellent customer service

- Working well in social environment

- Ability to multi- task

- Know how to use Mac computer

- Flexible with work hours

- Work well with other team members

Compensation:

- $16 an hour to start but quick pay increase if performing job duties above average and show interest in job
