• Proficient knowledge of MacOS and iOS Operating Systems.
• Experience troubleshooting Apple products in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in documenting IT procedures

• Configure and deploy Apple products using Tools across the enterprise. This will include MacBook, iPads and iPhones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents on Apple products. This includes OS and application (e.g. Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) issues.
• Document procedures and process to deploy and troubleshoot Apple products.
• Help train users and IT resources on above deployments and incidents.
