Our precision recruiting process aligns the right fit for the right people. 3-Month Contract Opportunity We are currently in need of a Field Service Technician to perform break-fix work in Kansas City, MO, and the surrounding area. Standard hours are Mon-Fri, 9 am to 6 pm with occasional overtime.
- Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and POS
- Will perform Printer support including hardware break-fix, IMAC, and project work
- Works under general supervision
- 1+ year(s) IT and printer support experience
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
- POS support skills preferred
- Need to be very personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
- Prior field experience
- Excellent customer service - these are client-facing positions and engaging store personnel and supporting them this is critical to our success
- Printer repair experience
