Program Manager - People Insights - Remote Work

Job Description:As a Program Manager for the People Insights team,

Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing all of our existing employee surveys (including New Hire, Candidate Experience, Engagement, Exit, M&A, and COVID-19), plus, implementing any new surveys.
  • When launching a new or existing survey, you will own managing the project plan which includes finalizing survey questions, change management, communications, preparing survey in tool, and coordinating with key global partners.
  • Own and actively manage our tools/accounts with Glint and Qualtrics.
  • Assist your Analytics counterpart with analysis of survey results, creating a story, and presenting the results to key stakeholders.
  • Managing a cross-functional team of partners for any new projects that require designing and implementation of a global survey or program.
  • Project managing broader initiatives within your People Insights team and ensuring accountability to current timelines and priorities.
  • Provide support for ad hoc requests or issues with Glint or Qualtrics tool; Provide training and education
  • Create documentation and project plans for key processes within the People Insights team.

Qualifications:
  • Background in program and project management of 4+ years
  • Builds relationships quickly and ability to work cross-functionally with a wide-range of partners, including HRBPs and all departments within HR, Legal & Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions, the CEO staff, Communications, managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of best practices in survey design and data analysis.
  • Experience in Microsoft Programs: Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Experience with Glint and Qualtrics preferred, or ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; Ability to adapt your messaging based on your audience
