Maintenance Technician for Property Management Company

Country Acres Village in Kalamazoo has an immediate opening for a maintenance technician. Part-time or Full-time work available. Please email your resume with relevant work experience and skills.

We are looking for an individual with experience and skills in some or all of these categories. Pay of $20/$25/hr will be based on experience.

Duties include but not limited to:

Pool & Spa Maintenance: knowledge of the blowers, furnaces, chemicals & cleaning a plus.

Run equipment (bobcat, backhoe, boom lift, mowers etc.)

Basic mechanical repair knowledge a plus: some repair such as oil & belts

Mowing, Tree trimming & cutting

Water Main shut offs

Leafs pickup 6 weeks/yr, 8 hrs a day Oct-Nov

Plowing (Depends on how much snow)

Knowledge of mobile homes a plus: Repairs on rentals. Some electrical, plumbing etc.

Rehabbing homes when they come up.

Concrete and asphalt repair

Water valve replacement
