Kelly Services in Brighton is looking for several Dispatchers/Operators to help with scheduling and customer service.This position is located in Howell Mi and is a Temp-To- Hire $18/hrHours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtimePrimary Job Function: Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
