Job Description:Understand trim specifications

Style to customer specifications

Maintain style pace to labor standards

Identify all retail beef or pork product specifications

Understand grade, enhancement, ascorbic acid requirements

Understand Food Safety, GMP, SSOP requirements

Maintain product flow and procedures

Understand muscle orientation and different primals

Understand production schedule and rotation of items

Understand table position rotation/assignment based on production schedule

Possible job duties include knife skills, packaging/bagging, boxing, machine operating, handling product, etc.

Other duties as assigned

Exposure and RiskCold, wet, damp environment

Standing for prolonged periods of time

Uneven walking surfaces and slippery floors

Qualifications:A solid work history, previous manufacturing or food processing experience preferred

An eye for detail and a passion for quality

Willingness to work in a fast paced, cold environment preforming repetitive work.

Excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for tasks such as cutting meat and packaging and presentation of product

Schedule M-F and weekends as needed
