We have candidates interviewing and starting work two days of applying.JOB DESCRIPTION:These positions are called picker/packers. Their main function is to pick the materials that the purchase order requires from the warehouse, and organize them on a pallet to be ready for shipment.They will have on a head set that will tell them exactly where they need to go, and what to pick

Utilizing electric pallet jacks to get around quicker.

There is a pallet on the back of the electric pallet jack that they will stack the food on until the pallet/shipment is completed

They will be scanning items in as they pick them off the shelves

They may be shrink wrapping the pallets after

This includes heavy and consistent lifting of 40-60 lbs. But they could have to pick things that weigh up to 100 lbs.

SHIFT:1st Shift - 7AM to 4:30 - 6PM (PAY: $16.50/hour)RequirementsHilo/Forklift OR Power Equipment OR Stand Up Hilo experience - at least 1 year

Manufacturing/Warehouse experience

Ability and experience to lift up to 70 lbs

Ability and experience to lift repetitively

Ability to work on feet all day

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

GED or High School Diploma Required
