Job Description

Reports To: Window/DoorOperations Manager

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Purpose

Effectively manage a quality control point for invoicing customers and paying vendors.

Principal Accountabilities

  1. Assesswhen work was completed properly and pay vendors agreed upon amount
  2. Add any additional payments that are required due to additional approved work
  3. Invoice customers accurately and timely once jobs are completed
  4. Collect customer payment information or purchase orders on jobs where it is required
  5. Monitor calendar and ensure point of sale system is matching with install/delivery dates and accurate trip data is collected and entered

Responsibilities

  1. Order glass/window parts and pieces that are needed for service issues
  2. Effectively resolve conflicts to the satisfaction of both the end user and the company
  3. Verbally monitor non-inventory stock levels on service vehicles with Service Technicians and order additional products when necessary
  4. Submit warranty issues with manufacturers
  5. Learn the in and out process of the email box as a backup when volume is high or as a backup for absences
  6. Learn the schedule application for high volume and absence backups as well as review for point of sale matching process

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal/external customers under any circumstance
  • Knowledge of product installation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling practices

Experience

  • 1 year proven customer service experience serving internal and external customers

Qualifications
