Construction Lead Carpenter/Superintendent

Northend General Contractor seeking experienced lead carpenter/superintendent to join our team. We're looking for candidates with a strong background in residential remodel construction who are capable of running small to large remodels, including supervision of sites and subcontractors.

The person seeking this position should have a solid knowledge of all aspects of construction from framing to completion. Also must be able to demonstrate skills in managing remodeling/rehab projects where quality is an absolute must as well as maintaining a solid schedule and budget. To be considered for this position you absolutely must have standard carpentry tools, reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and be prepared to run projects “bags on.”

Leads will supervise carpenters and laborers on site, order materials, supervise subcontractors, hold safety meetings and provide other project management and scheduling as necessary to complete projects. A working knowledge of standard computer and smart phone technologies is required to complete documentation and communication necessary for this position.

Most of our projects are Flips and significant remodels of existing homes. Details and quality of work are extremely important; we are looking for someone who can both focus on immediate tasks and think forward. We expect an advanced level of quality control and problem-solving skills.
