1st Shift Plant Workers
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 4:30 pm – 5:00 am
Pay: $13.50 Per Hour
Job Summary:
This job involves producing and packaging assorted tire recycling products. The Plant Crew will control and monitor fork lifts and front- end loaders, while bagging and stating rubber mulch and liberated steel. All applicants must have steel toe boots.
Key Job Responsibilities
Daily preventative maintenance
Practicing and enforcing safe work practices
Packaging rubber mulch in 2400 lbs. bags
Packaging liberated tire steel in 2000 lbs. bags
State rubber mulch and steel in yard
Maintain a clean work area
Job Experience
Industrial or heavy labor background preferred
Forklift or heavy equipment experience beneficial
Requirements
Must be able to do highly physical labor in a fast paced, team-oriented, work environment
Must be able to problem solve
Regularly lift up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Employees will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as assigned by their work area
