Technical Program Manager with Fintech

Will manage Fintech Technology- new products related to checking and savings. For a portfolio of fintech projects.Work with teams to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks.Identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.Define requirements and deliverables.Usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Schedule and track project progress, with well-defined milestonesThis is a true Program Manager-will be handling 1+ portfolios Fast paced Many projects will be around Fintech technology-new products related to their newer vertical-checking and savings. This person needs to have experience managing technical programs (on the software side-NOT infrastructure) Need to be technical enough to have valuable conversations with the engineering teamsThe program manager is in charge of making sure the engineers are building the right thing. So the Product team decides what they want, the engineering team decides how to build it and the Program manager is making sure that what engineering is delivering what the Product team has asked for and delivered to the market on time Program manager stays on top of and is aware of the projects going on in their Portfolio-They handle the long-term calendar, the staffing of the project, the budget as well as making sure all of the tasks get delivered on time. Will be handed 1-2 complex programs and will be expected to deliver order out of chaos and operate independently.
