- Write test scenarios, test cases and perform manual testing when appropriate
- Participate in Agile team methodology
- Ensure that quality processes are carried out
- Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives
- Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance
- Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality and maintain test cases
- Work with Product BAs and developers to analyze system requirements (provided through Features and User Stories) and technical specifications to create test strategy, create/ review and execute test cases
- Perform/Lead all activities in Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End, Smoke testing and drive defect resolution
- Incorporate test automation where feasible and identity ways to automate existing test cases
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Work concurrently on multiple projects
- Strong experience in test case automation using existing test automation frameworks based on keyword-driven approach, Microsoft (MS) Test, Selenium WebDriver, Microsoft (MS) UI Automation, Microsoft (MS) Excel
- Strong experience in testing databases (SQL Server preferred) & writing complex SQL statements
- Working experience with SDLC best practices, preferably in an Agile/SCRUM environment focused on automation
- Experience in automated cross browser testing
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Experience with Integration, stress, performance, scalability, and/or load testing a plus
- Experience with C#, C, or Java
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong project release experiences covering all QA release cycle phases in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proficient in SQL validations to include complex joins, inserts, and updates
- Experience in designing test automation frameworks
