The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience as an IT support technician or analyst
  • Configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing Cloud-based networking, Windows servers and workstation experience.
  • Exchange serve, Windows 7, Windows 10 Microsoft Office 365 office suite.
  • Worked with Active Directory; capable of adding users, changing passwords.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing system, inventory tracking, networking protocols and time management skills
