Journeyman Electricians Wanted

We are private investors who are looking for an experienced journeyman electrician to work on our Fix-n-Flip projects. We buy homes ranging from 100k condos all the way to 1mil properties. We purchase about 6 to 8 properties a month mostly in Palm Beach County and a few in Broward.

Typical jobs include changing outlets and switches to Decora, installing high hats, installing GFI's and occasionally changing out Federal Pacific Panels. We are perfectionists but we are also investors and can only pay a fair price.

We are looking to start a relationship with new self employed electricians.

(We are not looking to fill up a position within the company, we are looking for independent workers and/or small companies to subcontract.)
