construction work experience

Need someone with construction experience. Laying lvp flooring, decks, trim, and just general construction knowledge. don't have to be skilled per say just knowing how to read a tape, follow instructions. transportation would be nice but isn't a necessity. $15-$17/ hr paid bi-weekly.
