Property Maintenance Person

Experience Required:

Must be proficient at the following tasks:

Cleaning and clean outs

Painting and Caulking

Sheetrock Repairs

Light plumbing repairs including installation of faucets, sinks and toilet repairs.

Install ceiling fans and light fixtures

Light carpentry

Must be in good physical shape to move appliances, etc.

Lawn & Yard work

Reliable transportation and always working cellphone!

Organized and neat.

Have own tools.
