POSITION SUMMARY
Assist in customer warehouse operations through the breakdown and movement of inventory, and by preparing for the delivery and/or shipment of customer orders.
Sign on bonus - $1000! If hired, you will be eligible for a $1000 sign on bonus that pays out $500 at 90 days and $500 at 180 days.

Hours: Hours of operation – Monday-Thursday (4:30pm to 3am)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the following duties as directed by the supervisor:
Fixing tools in the toolcrib (training provided)
Loading vending/VMI
Use crib management software
Breakdown and put-away of incoming freight;
Visual inspection of incoming shipments, validation of packing slips with package contents;
Organization of inventory;
Preparation of customer orders for shipment by building and wrapping pallets;
Loading and unloading delivery trucks;
Performing shipping and receiving tasks; preparing shipments with FedEx, UPS, etc.;
Maintenance of warehouse equipment and supplies.
Duties may include delivery to customer sites
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years’ warehouse experience operating stand-up and sit-down style forklifts, including narrow aisle/swing reach trucks and order pickers
Experience using handheld scanner in a distribution environment
Basic math and reading ability in weight counting, using a scale and calculator to measure parts for shipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to fill orders accurately
Effective communication skills
Ability to work as a team member in achieving branch goals
Forklift certification or ability to be certified
Ability to lift and move 40-50 pounds regularly
Current and valid driver’s license
