Job Description
Essential Functions- Bilingual English-Spanish
- Contacts patients by phone and/or email to obtain pending documents
- Verifies information given initially is accurate
- Takes incoming calls from patients
- Maintains a large caseload with minimum or no delinquencies
- Reviews that collateral information is obtained prior to advancing case to next level
- Performs other duties as required by management
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED
- Type 30 WPM with accuracy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Some college and/or knowledge of government assistance programs.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in an office setting. Telecommuting is optional. Must follow telecommuting guidelines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status.
