Carpenters & Laborers Wanted (Starting December 14th, 2020)

Carter Construction & Contracting, LLC is a smaller, family owned, residential General Contracting and Rough Carpentry company based in Troy, MI with over 50-years combined experience. Led by Dan Wellman, a reputable Master Carpenter and licensed & insured builder since the early 1980s, C3 primarily serves the new custom home, major renovation, addition and remodeling industries – and has a schedule booked over 6 months in advance as of this writing.

Laborers start @ $15/HR (cash) with room for advancement.

Carpenters start @ $20/HR (cash), based on experience, with room for advancement.

All applicants must have their own transportation and their own hand tools (tool pouches, hammer, tape measure, speed square, utility knife, etc).

Carpenters are encouraged to have all of the above, plus a circular saw and cord.

Rough framing new custom homes, complete renovations, and custom additions is hard, grueling work – but can be very rewarding. You would be working outdoors, in the elements, this winter, so please take that into consideration before applying.
