Program and Project Management Join a team that delivers program leadership, PMO and portfolio management, and project management services that address the unique culture and objectives of clients. On our Program and Project Management team, you'll manage end-to-end scope and schedule, cost, quality and assessment that helps clients achieve their desired goals. We tailor solutions for projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.

Exciting work you will do:
  • Being part of a team doing complex software engineering, data engineering, and architecture projects and programs for North Highland clients
  • Using your amazing skills and experience to help guide projects from inception to completion, successfully meeting our client's needs, transforming our client's capabilities, and leading high performing technology project and program teams.
  • Thinking big around challenges facing clients and developing creative solutions to their toughest problems.
  • Developing trusted relationships with client executive teams
  • Contributing to the future of the firm by driving internal initiatives to build its capability and expertise in leading successful technology, data, analytics and architecture projects.
  • Assisting and driving thought leadership around technology program leadership
  • Coaching more junior staff members to become as awesome as you
  • Generally showing up every day as an awesome technology project leader who inspires the people around you to be their best

What you will need:
  • 10+ years' experience managing projects in one or more of the following: enterprise software applications (JavaScript frameworks), cloud (e.g.: data lakes, hybrid, migrations), analytics (predictive analytics, business intelligence) and / or complex technology architecture projects.
  • 6+ years of consulting experience as a technology project leader.
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Both waterfall and agile ways of working, including scaled agile models like SAFe or Scrum@Scale. We default to agile as a firm, but we meet clients where they are.
    • Running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes in complex technical programs
  • And it would be great if you have:
    • Scrum, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Scrum@Scale certifiction
    • PMP certification
    • Experience as a hands-on technologist before you moved into program management
  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design effective solutions to complex challenges.
  • An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree in a related field is a plus.
