In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. It supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Devices (including Vision), Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. Located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates, Deliver is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety and the experience of our customers is our top priority.The Operations Analyst serves as the technical expert in metrics and analytics for the Medical Device Distribution Center (MD DC) Hub Site Operations. The Analyst is a catalyst in data analysis, improvement identification, and business case support. The Operations Analyst is responsible to provide insights through data analytics that translate to high performance and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, communicate, and analyze metrics that support 3PL Management and operational performance. Partner with business users on providing data for business case and functional requirements. Recommend new processes or process improvements and lead implementation of prioritized assigned projects, within the expected and agreed upon parameters (cost, time, etc.). Benchmark industry practices and implement improvements as appropriate. Deploy systems and tools utilizing skills in database management, such as Oracle SQL Plus and spreadsheet analysis to help the organization drive continuous improvement. Generate, Review and Publish Reports and Metrics and develop new reports. Automate Manual Reporting procedures. Manage reports, projects, metrics, and operation tasks, focusing on safety, quality, environmental compliance, the Credo, the operational budget, and the operational calendar. Create and analyze queries and code in the Warehouse Management System, Warehouse Control System, and Labor Management Systems to support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as subject matter expert in database management and associated tools.Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field required Supply Chain experience within Production or Warehouse/Logistics Operations required Knowledge of performance and metrics fundamentals required Proven track record of analytics and innovative problem solving required Proven understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); proficiency with V-LOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, and Visio are required Medical Device experience preferred Proven performance in highly automated supply chain processes preferred Continuous Improvement Principles preferred Requires up to 10% domestic travel Requires ability to meet the physical demands of our fast-paced distribution environment: walk, stand, sit, use hands to finger, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk, and hearJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
