The Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program is experiencing significant growth and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers. We have opportunities in the FBM Information Systems (IS) group to get in on the ground floor of a modernization effort that will shape the future of the organization. This is a rare opportunity to work closely alongside our Navy Strategic Systems Program (SSP) partners to field several future strategic systems applications that the nation urgently needs.This role will offer you the following daily challenges: Include all aspects office administration. Experience with office administration, inventory, records management, and asset management. Supports Lockheed Martin and US Navy information systems.Basic Qualifications:To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Experience with maintaining records, databases, and spreadsheets. Knowledge of procurement processing Strong computer skills (Windows OS, Microsoft Office Products, MS-Excel). Organized, reliable, resourceful, self-starter, Work across organizations. Work independently & in groups, Work with minimal direction. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Desired Skills:To be successful, ideally, you should also have: Must be comfortable in a dynamic environment Experience with incident management software tools a plus Possess excellent English communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive management. Experience with asset management software.
