Skilled Day Porter needed for office buildings

Help us create a beautiful space around our commercial office buildings by:

- keeping the sidewalks free of debris

- maintaining plant areas

- keeping parking lots pristine

- sweeping sidewalks, curbs and gutters

- keep window frames dust free

QUALIFICATIONS:

RELIABLE VEHICLE WITH PROOF OF INSURANCE & CLEAN MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD IS REQUIRED

Are you dependable & hardworking with strong communication & customer service skills?

1 year experience in janitorial or grounds keeping is preferred.

Are you able to lift up to 50lbs? (anything over 50lbs requires two (2) people) And to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, talk, hear & see?

Some knowledge of exterior maintenance is required.

Familiarity with cell phone applications ($40/mo cell phone credit!)

Submit and prepare time sheets, daily logs and completed work orders as scheduled.

Drug screening is required for this position too.
