Wanted Contractors and Handymen

Wanted Carpenters, Electricians, and Plumbers and Specialty Contractors all trades, and Handyman for skilled position with established marketing-oriented company. Must be able to deal with people, estimate work, write contracts and complete work satisfactorily. Supply your own truck and tools. Having had own contracting business an advantage. Are you a cross trained handy person or sub-contractor in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry capable of troubleshooting and fixing home repairs in a professional, timely, neat manor? We are currently looking for skilled tradesmen with their own truck and tools to add to our database of dependable people to send out to help our valued customers keep up their homes.

Technician should Possess "tools of the trade" which include basic construction tools and one or more vehicles suitable for transporting materials/tools and accessing project work sites.

Be familiar with and have access to modern communication tools (computer, email, cell phone, etc.)

Carry contractors liability insurance.

Have a thorough knowledge of and ability to apply construction industry standards/methodologies and building codes.

Prefer eventually if not currently:

Maintain current registration as a Florida Home Improvement Contractor
