HVAC Residential New Construction Install Estimator

A1 Mechanical is looking for a Residential New Construction Installer with 3 or more years of experience. This person must have the ability to read and understand prints, must be able to perform system installations and be able to make design adjustments in the field. They must not only know how to install equipment they must also understand how the equipment works and the basics of air delivery.

We can train you on the estimating processes as long as you understand how things are installed and how the systems work.

The following criteria is a plus:

· Understanding of Construction material, HVAC material and installation processes

· Poses effective verbal and written communication skills

· Knowledge with Excel, Word and Adobe

· Ability to take constructive criticism and make improvements

· Patience and a stick to it attitude

· Proper phone etiquette

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Honest and dependable personality

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Self -motivated individual with the ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as with a team

· Ability to display a professional company image
