job summary:This position is onsite each day with some travel and possible weekend work required. Covid19 protocols are in place for all work locations. Qualified candidates should have 4+ years of experience in an IT support role both via phone and face-to-face. Primary responsibilities for the role are to set up and maintain all employee video conferencing systems. location: NASHVILLE, Tennesseejob type: Contractsalary: $18 - 22 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: High School responsibilities:Main responsibility of each person is help setup, maintain, and ensure all video conferencing needs are met for employees and contractors. Experience with Cisco video conferencing systems, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx Meetings and Events, Microsoft PowerPoint, Office 365 integrated products, Barco Clickwrap, and Zoom are required. % of Daily Job Duties:

  • Desktop Support 20%
  • Tier 1-2 Support 15%
  • Active Directory Management 25%
  • Call Center Support 40%
The essential functions of this role include:

qualifications:
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Education: High School
skills:
  • Desktop Support (1 year of experience is required)
  • Active directory (1 year of experience is required)
  • Cisco Video Conferencing (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Microsoft Teams (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Barco ClickShare (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • iOS Deployment (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Zoom (1 year of experience is required)
