Desktop Support TechnicianThe Desktop Support Technician will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, possess a passion for IT along with customer service, and have the ability to deliver results with a sense of urgency.You will work closely on-site with all users and departments, as well as remotely with any off-site staff for desktop-related hardware, software, and end user support in a Windows environment. There will also be opportunities to develop training and support materials.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on, IT support/desktop support or related technical support experience
  • Experience configuring desktops, laptops, and other equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting software and hardware (i.e. A+ certification)
  • Experience imaging desktops and laptops for deployments
  • Experience with Windows 7, 8, and 10 Operating Systems
  • Comfortable with MS Office/O365 and other related software packages
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining Active Directory accounts and permissions
  • Experience in a network environment, TCP/IP, cabling and switches
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
