The Customer Service team is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. Some of these tasks include interacting with customers over the phone and via email. Excellence in your work, the ability to learn our products and policy’s and clearly explain them and enjoying problem solving are all vital to succeeding in this role. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and problem solving to find answers via phone or email

Answering phones

Knowledge of products and policies

Customer returns / refunds

Maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Excellent phone skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong listening and sales skills.
