Trucking company GM/Dispatcher

Cross-Eyed Trucking is looking for a General Manager/Dispatcher to handle the day to day operations of our trucking fleet. Our summer work is primarily involved in construction activities while the winter is a mix of construction and OTR. This individual will be responsible for daily dispatch, sales calls, ensuring the company is in compliance with all state and federal safety regulations, driver training and hiring/firing. This position is needs someone who is self motivated and can work independently. The company is poised for growth and just needs the right person willing to put in the time and effort to continue the trend.
