Logistics Company based in Grapevine, Texas is now hiring

Dispatcher/Logistic Corrindator/CSR

Providing admin support to Senior Dispatchers.

Admin duties including entering in data, loads, booking freight.

Collecting PODs, BOLs- uploading.

Scheduling drivers- dispatching drivers.

Checking on drivers/equipment.

Scheduling maintenance for equipment.

Working with truck drivers according to availabilities and requirements

Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers

Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Must be able to understand DOT HOS/ Trucking requirements

Must be able to work on-call on weekends as check calls need to be completed.

Experience in customer service will be appreciated

Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

Computer-savvy, Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
