Low Voltage technicians needed

We are currently seeking Cable Technicianss for projects in and around Richmond, VA area. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of industry experience with excellent organizational and communication skills. In addition, you'll need to have your own tools, dependable transportation, and a professional attitude

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Plan and perform layout and installation of low voltage cable

· Pulling and routing low-voltage cabling (CAT 5/6, coaxial, phone, etc)

· Terminating cable and distribution frames

· Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems. (CAT 5; CAT 6,coaxial, phone, etc.)

· Installing support structures

· Diagnose system malfunctions utilizing blueprints or technical diagrams, test equipment and hand tools.

· Troubleshooting connections on commercial remodel projects.

· Promote, maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations.

Experience:

· At least 1 year of related commercial experience

Requirements:

· Have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Certifications:

· Current certifcations preferred.
