Overview:

College of Hope strives to be the number one provider of adult education and life skills in Snohomish County. The College of Hope Marketing and Outreach Coordinator should be prepared to step right in with this fast paced and ever growing program. This position is responsible for managing all of the College of Hope social media outlets as well as finding new avenues to increase class attendance. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for empowering their communities. This position is 20 hours a week. A benefits package is offered.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Responsible for managing all social media accounts and posting on a routine basis

2. Update the website consistently

3. Develop and maintain partnerships within the community

4. Develop and implement planning to increase class attendance and client outreach

5. Manage booths and represent the program at public events

6. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve strategic goals

7. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience with managing social media activities preferred

Experience with website management preferred

Skilled with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Access experience a plus

Ability to work collaboratively in a group setting

Effective telephone and interpersonal skills along with the ability to multi-task

High school diploma or equivalent

Criminal history check is required and work references are called.

Able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
