Receptionist/Admin Assistant - Electrical Contractor

We are looking to hire for a new Front Office/Reception/Admin Assistant Position. We are a full service Electrical Contractor in Skagit Valley and work directly with local contractors and government agencies.
This position benefits with already having a general construction but is not a requirement.
Main responsibilities are:
-Answering phones
-Inputting invoices and receipts into Accounting Software accurately
-Job Costing
-Reporting Apprentice Hours to Schools
-Tool Check In/Check out Logs and updating
-Ordering and maintaining Safety Equipment
-Ordering and maintaining Office Supplies
-Take minutes during weekly meetings
-Verifying vendor statements with job costed invoices
-Assisting Project Managers/Project Engineers/Admin and Accounting as needed

24-30 hours to start during training and then moving to 40 hours a week.
