SAP FI (RTR) Associate Director - Cincinnati, OH #121885

Planet121's direct end client who is looking for an SAP Record to Report Solution Leader on a permanent basis in the Cincinnati, OH area. This position will be responsible for global enablement of RTR and other financial business processes through IT solutions. Serving as the primary connection between IT solution delivery and the business & process stakeholders, you will be driving change and innovation for the enterprise from a IT financial perspective! This position is the strategic interface to the business and is aligned within the IT process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner and is a key partner and trusted advisor with the business & process stakeholders. • 10 years of large-scale SAP experience
• Deep knowledge and experience with SAP FI CO, including General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Asset Accounting, Tax, and Financial Close Management
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Experience partnering with the business to drive delivery of large-scale enterprise transformation programs and/or large-scale Manufacturing and Supply Chain business transformation projects
• Demonstrated written, verbal and interpersonal skills to confidently communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes to audiences ranging from direct reports to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical, organization, time management, and process management skills
