Title: Digital Business Analyst – Junior to Intermediate level perm position

Location: Florence, Kentucky, Greater Cincinnati

Reports to: Director of Digital Customer Experience (DCX) for a Fortune 1000 company employing more than 25,000 employees globally.

Summary of position:It is a two-pronged role with focus on project requirements/management and web analytics. This role will drive the formal documentation of website enhancements, management and tracking of all enhancements, governance alignment with global business units, and communication with leadership, developers, QA testers, and business team members to ensure timely implementation of all enhancements. Additionally, this role will manage website analytics, including set up in both Google Analytics and Sitecore Analytics, the definition of reports and all key data elements, and data layer definition. The Digital Business Analyst will be a key player in accelerating our client’s drive toward digital customer experience leadership globally.

Basic Requirements:Bachelor’s DegreeExperience managing a company’s digital channels or website in a larger organization.Experience coordinating project activities across multiple teams.Experience with formal requirements documentation and possibly testingWeb analytics environment in Google analytics and/or Sitecore Analytics.
