Stefanini Group is hiring! We are looking for a Feature Architect, who will help our client implement, expand and maintain Customer Notifications and In-Vehicle Messaging feature enablers. This position will be a key member of the Architecture team, and will share architecture, design, and support responsibilities within the team. Responsibilities: Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of off-board features within the allocated budget and the vehicle program timeline Work with all the stakeholder teams in an Agile way to ensure timely progress and remove all the blockers as needed Responsible for providing periodic status updates to the Leadership and escalate for assistance in areas that are beyond his/her control Responsible for managing the quality of delivery of feature and services by the suppliers within contractual boundaries Builds and maintains close relationship and interaction with all the internal and external stakeholders Responsible for the detailed design of the feature Responsible for the detailed design (API and Parm level) of the feature Works with the requirements team (Feature / Product Owners) in assimilating (Feature) requirements Collaborates with the Solution Architect to ensure corporate compliance Develops a high level end to end design document Connectivity Technical Design Document (CTDD) that links design documents for all systems and components. This includes off-board and onboard design (Work with Product Development System Engineer to ensure design is end to end) Coordinates design for all platforms by region, wherever the regional responsibility is with the region Lead interface design in collaboration with all the vendor stakeholders and Solution Architect, for all components Work with channel leads to ensure design is consistent based on requirements Ensure the DFMEA (Design failure mode and effect analysis) / TARA (threat analysis and risk assessment) risks and issues are addressed 100% Obtain design and development gate approval for start of testing and validation Adheres to the established End to End design (FEED - Feature End to End Design) processes and cadences Provides clarification to all the development teams and resolves Dependency Trackers in a timely manner Validates the estimates from the development partners and recommends approvals Participates in smoke testing for all the Feature Releases Coordinates the resolution of all the issues identified by the various Validation teams Bachelor's degree in a technical field Minimum 3-5 years of systems software development experience with a focus on application architecture Experienced with integrating complex multi systems solutions Experience with Cloud, iOT platforms Experience with evaluating system and architecture designs Experience in API design and development practices, troubleshooting and RCA Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in Connected Vehicle Prior experience working with an Automotive OEM Strong multi tasking capabilities in a cross functional setting Excellent problem solving and communication skills both oral and written Ability to interact with business partners and service providers at multiple levels Ability to hold themselves and others accountable resolving issues and maintaining project timelines Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques Demonstrated leadership Advanced data analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to guide the team towards effective solutions Excellent team player with the experience in leading people Well organized, process oriented and focused on coaching team members towards process excellence Strong ability to interact with leadership teams as needed Project management / application architecture experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined SDLC Understanding of SLA / KPI and enforcing them are a plus Exposure to and experience in Agile development methodology Ability to indirectly lead a cross-functional team towards a common solution Ability to work within an offshore application development supplier engagement model Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes Exposure to AGILE, DEVOPS & ITIL concepts
