Sr. Software Engineer

Description Robert Half Technology is partnering with a growing software company in southwest Michigan who is in need of a Senior Software Engineer. If you enjoy working on a variety of software projects, thrive in a fast paced environment of a project-based company, and love creating software that really matters then this is the job for you!What you get to do:Direct the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications. Manage software projects and assign responsibilities and team leads among the other developers.Help create backend, frontend, and database architecture. Collaborate with product managers and designers throughout the projects. Requirements We are looking for a strong Software Engineer who is versatile, quick on their feet, and able to shift gears quickly depending on the needs of clients. Individuals should also have a strong background in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.JS, React, Angular, or Node.js. The ideal candidate should also have strong project management experience and several years of experience in a lead capacity in an agile environment. Additional qualities we are seeking are experience in cloud technologies, software testing, and software architecture. Also, this position will have a lot of visibility in the company so if you are looking for a pure coding position this isn't the role for you.
