Residential Property Manager

Residential Property Management company is seeking a licensed residential property manager.

Must be organized, energetic and able to multi task

Job requirements are

Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of Alaska Landlord tenant

Effectively coordinate with office and maintenance areas

Meet with prospective tenants and show apartments and prescreen / prequalify renters

Effectively interface with owners on a daily bases, to provide contracting, property maintenance, billing and continuing management issues.

Perform collection activity's, and initiate tenant eviction process as required.

Responsible for marketing and advertising

Inspect property's to insure that tenants are following rules and regulations.

Respond to all tenant inquires, maintenance issues and other general requests.

MUST HAVE A CURRENT REAL ESTATE LICENSE

Monthly base pay plus commission
